DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Solutions Manager to join our dynamic environment. The Solution Manager will own and drive end to end solutions working with the entire business, from project kick-off to production support.

The Solutions Manager will serve as the primary liaison between all in internal and external stakeholders getting involved in diverse set of business production and project processes.

The role involves being able to effectively manage project scope and ensure completion on time and within client budget. The Solutions Manager works closely with the allocated Account Manager and Technical Team Lead and will require a strong technical and product understanding as well as an understanding of best practices and processes in project management. The ideal candidate needs to be an extremely fast learner and able to manage multiple projects and Clients within the Kube Services Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client services
Shaping the client solution
Understand and gather project requirements
Support Account Managers in Sales / pre-project phase
Client Reporting
2. Business Process
Accountable for client solution delivery
Drive requirements gathering sessions
Strategic thinking around product implementation processes
Translate, define the Client solution and transfer to Tech Lead
Delivery Management and Project Management
Product Team Management
Project Scope Management
Project Status Communication
Project, Task and Resource Prioritization
Risk Mitigation Management
Process Enhancement and Research
Problem and incidence management
High-level tech quality assurance
Identifying key milestones and achievable timelines
Manage the Tech Lead engagement
Manage the Account Executive/ Account Manager engagement
Implementation and ongoing production support
3. Strategy
Product Review workshops
Product solutioning
Suggestions to product improvements
4. Business scope
Scope clarity and management
Driving the definition of project goals and deliverables
Manage scope changes and change control board
Working closely with Divisional Heads to service client requirements
5. Financials/ Cost
Drive Cost Estimate process for new projects / product development
Budget, Schedule and Scope Control
Manage and track overall project cost
6. Documentation
Responsible for product roadmaps, flight plans and weekly reporting
Senior Management and Client reporting packs
Project artefacts (lessons learnt / post project review)
